For UK domiciliary care providers and agencies

Recognition your care workers can keep.

CarePrint lets clients and families thank a named care worker, asks a manager to verify every word, and turns it into a record the worker owns and evidence your service can rely on.

Checked by a manager before it joins a record. No medical or sensitive details.

Verified recognition
“She never rushes. She noticed Mum was low and simply sat with her a while longer.”

How CarePrint works

A short, familiar step for families. A clear queue for managers. A record that stays with the care worker.

  1. 1

    A family shares a moment

Clients, families and colleagues use a simple link to write what a named care worker did well. There is no app to download, no login, and no medical or personal care information collected.

  2. 2

    A manager checks it

Your registered manager or coordinator reads every submission and approves it, asks a question, or declines it. Nothing appears on a record until a person has checked it.

  3. 3

    The care worker keeps it

Approved recognition builds a record the care worker owns and can take with them, and it groups into themes your team can use for supervisions, awards and inspection preparation.

Why providers use CarePrint

Recognition that helps people stay

Feeling recognised is one of the strongest reasons care workers stay in a role. CarePrint makes that recognition visible, timely, and tied to a named person.

Evidence instead of anecdotes

Verified feedback is grouped into themes such as dignity, reliability and communication, ready to export for your own quality reviews.

Consent built in from the start

Submitters see how their words will be used before they send them, and managers control retention, visibility, and whatever leaves the organisation.

CarePrint is an independent recognition and evidence tool for care providers. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any regulator or health body, it does not certify compliance, and it is not a clinical or care record.

Your data, handled with care

Built to be trusted with people's words

Families and care workers are sharing something personal. We treat it that way. Here is how your information is protected.

Checked before anyone sees it

A manager reviews every submission. Nothing is published automatically, and verified entries cannot be quietly edited.

Owned by the care worker

The record belongs to the worker it describes. They can view it, share a read-only copy, and ask for entries to be removed.

Held in the EU, under UK law

Data is stored in the European Union and handled under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We never sell it.

No medical or sensitive detail

CarePrint captures thanks and recognition, not care records. Submitters are asked to leave out any medical or personal care information.

Read exactly how we collect, use and protect information in our Privacy Policy.

Bring recognition to your service

Add your care workers, share their thank-you links, verify every word, and keep it as evidence your service can use. It all lives in one place.

Security notice. CarePrint is free for care workers. We will never ask a care worker to pay to appear on their record, and we never ask anyone for payment in exchange for work. If someone requests payment in CarePrint's name, it is a scam. Please check any message by contacting us through this website.
