Complaints & Compliments
How to tell us when something is wrong, or when something is right.
This policy is a working draft. Some details shown in [square brackets] are being finalised. For any question, contact hello@mycareprint.co.uk.
First, an important distinction
CarePrint is a recognition tool, not a care provider or a complaints service for care. If your concern is about the quality or safety of someone’s care, please raise it directly with the care provider, and where appropriate with the Care Quality Commission (cqc.org.uk) or your local safeguarding authority. CarePrint cannot investigate care concerns.
Complaints about CarePrint the service
If something about the CarePrint platform has gone wrong — a technical problem, something on a record that should not be there, or how we have handled your data — we want to know and to put it right.
How to complain
- Email hello@mycareprint.co.uk with the details and what you would like us to do.
- We will acknowledge your complaint within [X working days].
- We aim to give a full response within [X working days], and will tell you if we need longer.
If you are not satisfied
If we cannot resolve your complaint and it concerns your personal data, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. For other unresolved matters we will explain any further options available to you.
Compliments and recognition
Recognition of a care worker is best captured through CarePrint itself, using the link the provider shares — that way the praise becomes part of the worker’s verified record. If you would like to say something kind about CarePrint as a service, or share how it has helped, email hello@mycareprint.co.uk. It genuinely encourages the team.
